I started this guy a few weeks ago. A staple when I’m painting is music playing and for this piece it was Aretha Franklin.
The music is rarely the same and you’ll see (if you stick around) how varied my tastes in tunes are.
It’s a plethora of indigo shades and lovely lavenders, framed in gorgeous gold. It’s such a peaceful piece and I’m super happy with the way the colors flowed and mingled.
I’ll post a full shot from my Canon before it heads out to it’s new home.
